Uh-Oh

  1. Ha! I'll be lucky if I survive tomorrow without sprouting feather and colorful snood. :o)

Happy Thanksgiving to you both. Don't let any gobbling bird escape from your dining table, ya' hear?

    Cheerio from out west,
    Smorgy :o)

  2. And I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving as well, Smorg.

Not much chance of doing some sledding at Thanksgiving in San Diego, is there?

  3. It was a very good one for me indeed, thanks! :o)

My flatmate and I and another friend/neighbor went to her friend's place 5 blocks away and helped her do away with this huge turkey that she spent all day cooking. I don't know how she did it, but the thing practically melted in your mouth! We got so stuffed that we had to make room for dessert by clearing up her backyard (it was doing too uncanny a job at impersonating a rain jungle).

No chance of sledding down here near the coast, I'm afraid. Though if we're lucky we might get some snowfall up on Mt. Laguna to the east next Monday (a few friends and I are heading up there on Tuesday. Gotta stock up on the famous Julian apple pies!). Then we might get do some sledding. Otherwise we'll just go explore some old gold mines up there. :o)

Have you guys got snow on the ground yet?

  4. Boston received its first snowfall of the year in November, but it was nowhere near as bad as predicted by weather experts.
